Spring 2004 Math/Science Sessions

Preparation-Participants should arrive with a learning standard that they are planning to teach or enhance as a focus for their day. This standard will serve as a basis for learning and questions so that the day's experience can be applied to what actually needs to be taught in participant's classrooms.

Math and Science
The focus of math and science (which can include health, physical education, technology education [traditionally known as "shop"])
An immersion experience using tools for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting real world data for science and math classrooms. The day will include model strategies for effective instruction and collecting evidence of student learning.
