Mac OSX Tips and Tricks- Crystal Priest, from Guilford Schools, put together this handy webpage of helpful hints. My favorite is her trouble shooting section.Very clear and easy to follow.

Rick's Cheat Sheets- Rick Barter, from Connors Emerson School in Bar Harbor, has some great handouts downloadable in pdf format.Take notice of his database directions. This is a great tool found on every student's iBook that is greatly under-utilized. With Rick's help, it may get the attention it deserves.

Cape Elizabeth Middle School MLTI Resource Page- Gary Lanoie's MTLI resources are helpful to all who visit. Included in his collection are guidelines and procedures, iBook help, FirstClass e-mail, using the MLTI backup utility, and resources for technical lead staff at other MLTI schools.
