some good people do not stick up for what is right because they are afraid
that their social status will lower.

any more. They live in the wilderness and soon find out that an evil
army of mushrooms are going to attack. They finally convince the

Curley Green has always been told how to act. She was told not to
hang out with a group that did not like how society was run, even though
Curley thought that the group was right. Finally at the end of the book
she listens to herself.
People
may or may not say what they mean ... but they always say something designed

David Mamet : The
Periods are a group of people who mainly run the town were the Gammage
Cup takes place. I don’t think they ever said or did what they meant,
it was all for what they wanted, control over the town.
Victory
belongs to the most persevering.
Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821) : Curley Green and
her friends persevered to warn the town an attack was coming. The
town had thought that it was a false alarm. In the end they were
heroes.
You
can discover what your enemy fears most by observing the means he uses
to frighten you.
Eric Hoffer : Curley Green
and the group of friends figured out that the bad mushrooms were afraid
of their special kind of swords. These swords glow, so the mushrooms
are afraid of light.
