There is nothing that I like more than space travel, time skipping and defeating evil while saving the world in one quick and easy to read story that you can’t put down and can read over and over.  The rich language in A WRINKLE IN TIME  gives this book a whole new feeling to it.  Madeleine L’Engle’s chapter book for older children can be read by people of almost all ages.

This book is about two kids, Meg and Charles Wallace, who have a father that has been missing for two years.  They meet up with a boy named Calvin and three old ladies who turn out to be something else later in the book.  These three kids are left on their own with gifts to help them complete their journey and save the world.

I enjoyed reading this book and I hope to read it again soon.  Madeleine L’Engle has a very unique writing style that makes you feel like you’re part of the book the whole time.  Her wonderful writing makes me feel sometimes like I’m in the book and I forget about everything else in the outside world.  I hope anyone else that picks up this book has the same feeling i do and doesn't put down the book for a long time!
