Alice Buckley, a visionary education leader with more than three decades of experience dedicated to driving systemic transformation and academic excellence, steps into the role of interim principal after serving as our district’s secondary director of culture and climate.
Alice is passionate about empowering educators and students alike. Her career is defined by a deep commitment to student-centered learning—specifically blending the Montessori philosophy with project-based, applied learning frameworks to create inclusive, equitable environments. Throughout her career, she has successfully scaled innovative models for replication, optimized school operations, and leveraged data analytics to close achievement gaps.
